Lost weight eating McDonalds

There is a man that ate Mcdonalds every meal for six months and he ended up loosing over eighty pounds and fourteen inches from his waste. The thing is that he did not just eat anything he wanted when he went there he only ate salads, wraps and apple dippers (not including the caramel). This is basically a lazy mans diet for those who dont want to put any effort into loosing weight so they just eat the so called healthy choices at a fast food restourant. The only reason this man lost weight was due to the fact that he was over one hundred pounds over weight in the first place and he just ate porportionate meals, which lowered his calories. This is not the way to go yes he did loose weight but his body is probably ruined due to the fact that he ate from McDonalds for six months. I decided to write about this story due to the fact that i thought it would amuse people like it did for me.

Very interesting. It is amazing how even the Mcdonalds salads and apple dippers, aka the so-called "healthy" choices, are still bad for you. Kind of disappointing considering I am a huge fan of Mcdonalds.

It's true that this article is misleading. When i picture someone on a McDonald's diet, I picture them eating "real" McDonald's food, such as the traditional and ever-so-loved Big Macs, fries, and McFleuries. You can go anywhere and eat salads and apples. This claim of losing weight on the McDonald's Diet is comparible to Subway and the choices you can make. It's easy to make a sub unhealthy by simply adding bacon and mayo. Instead, you can get mustard and turkey. It's just not the same.

The lazy mans diet I guess could do that for people that are excessively overweight. And now that McDonalds is trying to get healthier meals, so maybe more people will try this so called lazy mans diet. I think one of the main reasons he lost weight is due to that his eating portions were probably smaller with the McDonalds meals then when he was eating his other foods previously.

Weird, but it makes sense. The initial weight loss for people that are excessively overweight is dramatic and happens relatively quickly. I was under the impression that the salads, with dressing, had just as much fat as the sandwiches. Maybe he limited the dressing. Interesting topic.
